The Captain
Captain Theocharis Fotopoulos has worked on numerous charter and private motor yachts and cruise liners during his three decade-long career.
Prior to joining Whisper V in 2021, he commanded Indigo, Ermina, Golden Flame and Paloma, to name a few.
Fluent in both English and Greek, Captain Theocharis has extensive first-hand knowledge of Greek waters and together with his excellent crew of five, he is dedicated to providing the best possible service for guests.
The Experience
Whisper V’s modern yet warm interior is decorated in neutral tones and wood panelling with plenty of natural light throughout. A spacious main salon continues to a formal dining area for eight guests, while six comfortable cabins provide accommodation for up to 12 guests.
The spacious master suite forward of the main deck has large windows offering spectacular views, while the lower deck houses a VIP cabin, two doubles and two twins.
The fly deck is a favourite spot with guests, having an alfresco gym with a spinning bike, an elliptical trainer and free weights flanked by a large C-shaped sofa and two double sun pads.
The aft swim platform provides easy access to an exciting range of water toys which includes personal watercraft, a SeaBob, tubes, paddleboards and canoes, plus an inflatable water park sure to keep younger guests safely entertained for hours. Water skiing is also available for children and adults under the careful supervision of the deck crew.

The Cuisine
Graduating from the acclaimed Chef D’Oeuvre Culinary School in Greece, Chef Dimitris Afentakis began his career working in world-class restaurants and hotels in his
native Greece. Inspired by the traditional dishes of his home country, he has also travelled widely and can turn his hand to a wide range of international cuisine earning five star guest reviews.
Chef Dimitris prides himself in creating healthy, delicious dishes using the finest locally sourced ingredients, with careful use of colour to engage all the senses. Captain Nikos says, “He has a passion for his cuisine and combines his experience working in top restaurants with a love of the sea to deliver an extraordinary culinary experience that our guests never forget.”
Guests can look forward to grilled Greek gyros with tzatziki and spicy tomato sauce, smoked aubergine with lime and ginger served on pitta bread, followed by a main course of traditional Greek moussaka or seabass with lemon sauce, saffron risotto and fresh herbs, ending with the pure indulgence of chocolate pie and vanilla cream or mille-feuille with fresh fruit chutney.
