The Experience
If you’re looking for an onboard experience rich in friendly family fun, then look no further than Helios to fulfil every aspect.
Every conceivable practicality has been thought through, from an aft deck that is fully protected from wind and sun to an electric Bimini which shades the sundeck when you have had enough rays for one day. Guests will benefit from the relaxed yet highly professional ambience which emanates from Helios’s crew, headed by Captain Stavros.
M/Y Helios boasts a cosy salon and integral dining area in calming neutral shades which contrast with the cooling cream, blue and white scheme on the upper deck. A chic and versatile sun deck with a vast daybed offers plenty of room to stretch out and catch some rays on the cushioned fore area sunbathing zone before transforming into a perfect star spotting lounge by night.
Sleeping 10 – 12 guests across five cabins comprising a master, VIP, double and two twins each with Pullman berths, the master and VIP cabins benefit from spacious and stylish ensuites and all staterooms boast a classical natural wood panelled theme.
Water toys include a three-seater wave runner, water skis, tubes, wakeboard, two kayaks, an SUP, three-seater inflatable sofa as well as snorkelling and fishing kit.

Chef & Cuisine
Chef Konstantinos Balatsoukas is a global all-rounder, having graduated from Greece’s IEK Le Monde and completing seminars and workshops including ‘Best of International d’Alain Ducasse’ and Thai cooking classes in Thailand. His career has taken him from cruise ships to luxury motor yachts and he prides himself on producing exciting gastronomic Mediterranean cuisine for discerning French, Spanish and Italian guests.
A typical menu creation might begin with royal crab, shrimp and beetroot salad in a sesame and mango dressing, spicy mango, shrimp and cashew nut salad or baby tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, olives onions and pork apaki with petimezi vinaigrette.
Let yourself be tempted by appetisers of shrimp and crayfish tartare, coconut soup with chicken, mushrooms and galangal or fried egg Basquaise with feta cheese mousse before moving onto paella, squid carbonara, vegetarian moussaka with ratatouille or pork belly with potato puree and gravy.
However, ensure that you leave room for a delectable dessert of brownies with ice cream and caramel sauce, Earl Grey and chocolate fondant, rice pudding with mango and crumble topping or Greek cheesecake with strawberry marmalade.
