Taking the Best Chef title at the Mediterranean Yacht Show 2019, his flair for exquisite menus and unique dishes are sure to delight even the most discerning of palates.
Chef Flakas is also happy to customise his menus to suit individual preferences, a very personal approach that defines his style. “My main source of inspiration is the guests themselves,” he says. “A menu is an interchange of emotions, and I always think of bespoke ideas dependent upon their interests and expressions.”
Describing his own dream menu, Chef Flakas says, “I love degustation menus. I am intrigued to taste all the stages of a journey associated with flavours. I would very much like to compose a themed menu - a Journey to Greece - where I would use all the local products of this land.”
