- 44.58m | Hakvoort | 2002 (2021)
Built by Dutch shipyard Hakvoort in 2002, this majestic 146ft (44.5m) Cayman Island-flagged yacht is based in Fort Lauderdale and has benefitted from numerous refits throughout her tenure, the most recent being carried out in 2021.
A voluminous main salon is characterised by both comfortable and formal seating zones, creating the perfect setting for soporific and peaceful rest and relaxation. The salon and sky lounge both offer impeccable AV and entertainment options comprising a state of the art Kaleidescape system which offers a wide variety of movies, Crestron control user interface and iPod docking stations.
Numerous dining options abound; a multifaceted aft main deck works for cocktails as well as an alternative dining area and is adjacent to the swim platform, creating an alfresco, anything-goes ambience.
The upper deck’s wow factor meanwhile comprises a twin U-shaped dining area for more formal dinner parties along with a Portuguese walk-around bridge as well as the intimate sky lounge. On the sundeck one floor above, a whirlpool spa and sunpads prove eternally popular for soaking up some rays while also providing yet another option for informal and laidback dining for up to 12 guests.
Additional highlights onboard Big Easy include a wet bar, electric awnings providing shade at the touch of a button and dumb waiter access for ease of efficient crew service.
With a layout that works particularly well for mixed age and family groups, Big Easy sleeps 12 across six immaculate staterooms. The master cabin is situated forward on the main deck, offering a king size bed, jacuzzi, separate shower, private ensuite lounge and dedicated office space with a Pelaton for active bursts between important work calls!
A further five cabins comprise three double staterooms, one twin and a bunk bed set up with a top Pullman berth, all of which enjoy ensuite bathrooms, HDTVs, Crestron and Kaleidescape movie entertainment systems.
Water sports and fitness enthusiasts need not fear missing out on a good workout…a full complement of gym equipment, a rock climbing wall and a copious selection of water toys mean that guests will be spoilt for choice when it comes to deciding which activity to try first.
